Returns & Exchanges

1. Incorrect Product Received

• Notify us within 7 days of delivery

• Email photos to commerce@vzoralhistory.com with:
  • Order number
  • Images of wrong item(s)

• We'll cover return shipping and send correct items immediately

2. Change of Mind

• Must request return within 30 days

• Items must be:
  • Unused/unopened
  • In original packaging
  • Free of damage

• Customer pays return shipping

• Refund issued within 5 business days after inspection

Refund Guarantees

For Lost Packages

• If tracking shows "delivered" but not received:
  • We'll initiate carrier investigation
  • Reship or refund within 3 business days

For Damaged Items

• Report within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide:
  • Order number
  • Clear photos/video of damage
  • Packaging condition

• Choose:
  ➤ Free replacement or
  ➤ Full refund

Simple Exchanges

How to Request:

1. Email us within 14 days of delivery

2. Specify:
   • Original product
   • Desired replacement

3. Return original item (unused condition)

4. We'll ship new item once return is received

Note: Customer pays shipping for non-defective exchanges

③ Ship Back → Include completed return form
④ We Process → Refund/exchange within 3-5 business days

Important Exceptions

• Custom/modified tools

• Used or damaged tools (unless defective)

• Clearance/sale items (unless wrong/damaged)

✖ Restocking Fee

• 15% for opened-but-unused returns
